Maximiliano Centini’s talent became apparent at a young age.
At 16 he demonstrated his first hair collection on stage at Cosmoprof, Bologna, Italy – one of the world‘s most influential hairdressing events.
His passion for detail and original design soon brought him to London where he joined the Vidal Sassoon International Creative Team.
In 2004 he opened his eco friendly hair salon in London’s Fulham. It quickly became a successful business attracting artists and professionals alike. Sustainability is the driving force behind the salon design.
His work gains more and more attention. The fashion shows in association with Vogue and Harvey Nichols, the photocall for the new Wonderbra campaign and London colour fixer in Vogue July 2009 and May 2010 issues.
He collaborates with fashion photographer Mads Perch creating the Summer Impressions for Dr Hauschka’s make-up range and styling Sophie Dahl’s hair for her new cookery book.
In 2012 Maximiliano created a series of Style looks for a private event organised by Harvey Nichols during Fashion Week. By the end of the same year Maximiliano launched the Centini Blowdry Bar, a fun, young salon that attracts busy professionals and celebrity clients that love beautiful blow-dries.
